This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +23 more states.
β’ Delivering customized services for clients engaged in paid implementations, which include consulting, development, and graphic design.
β’ Offering clients innovative guidance and problem-solving solutions through tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing.
β’ Collaborating closely with clients to design their onboarding experience and ensuring their applications undergo internal review within six weeks or less from the date of signup.
β’ Conducting quality assurance reviews of client applications.
β’ Partnering with your team on new initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the client experience.
β’ Resolving intricate issues as they arise.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
β’ Proficiency in tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, and Google Apps.
β’ Basic knowledge of coding (Bonus Qualification).
β’ Familiarity with Photoshop and/or other image editing and design software (Bonus Qualification).
