Customer Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +23 more states.

📋 Description

• Delivering customized services for clients engaged in paid implementations, which include consulting, development, and graphic design.

• Offering clients innovative guidance and problem-solving solutions through tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing.

• Collaborating closely with clients to design their onboarding experience and ensuring their applications undergo internal review within six weeks or less from the date of signup.

• Conducting quality assurance reviews of client applications.

• Partnering with your team on new initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the client experience.

• Resolving intricate issues as they arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

• Proficiency in tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, and Google Apps.

• Basic knowledge of coding (Bonus Qualification).

• Familiarity with Photoshop and/or other image editing and design software (Bonus Qualification).
