This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement tailored training programs designed for various user personas, including AP Clerks, Controllers, and CFOs.
• Establish and monitor key adoption metrics while reporting on the success of training initiatives.
• Evaluate client usage data to pinpoint accounts with low adoption rates.
• Engage proactively with clients to identify friction points and deliver focused re-education.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, assisting them in transitioning from manual processes to automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay feedback on user friction points identified during training sessions.
• Analyze existing client workflows and redesign them into streamlined Ottimate solutions.
• Function as a primary consultant for client leadership, recognizing project risks and ensuring ongoing progress and timely go-lives.
• 1-5 years of experience in Customer Implementation & Enablement, Corporate Training, or Product Adoption in a SaaS context.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical functionalities into straightforward, actionable steps for non-technical users.
• Outstanding presentation skills; you should feel equally comfortable leading a 1:1 "deep dive" or presenting to an audience of 50 or more.
• A solid understanding of the Accounts Payable lifecycle or general B2B financial operations is highly preferred.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• An analytical mindset complemented by a problem-solving attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, up to 10%.
• Compensation: $70,000-80,000 + 10% annual Bonus
