Client Onboarding Specialist

• **The Role**

• You serve as the connection between a customer signing on and their subsequent success.

• This is not a senior strategy position; it is a hands-on, execution-oriented role where you will manage the initial 30-60-90 days of the customer journey—from kickoff to activation, early milestones, and the first signal of renewal. You will collaborate within an existing onboarding organization, adhere to established playbooks, and enhance them as you progress.

• If you possess a Sales background and are eager to transition from closing deals to delivering value—this position is tailored for you.

• **What We're Looking For**

• *Experience*

• - 2–4 years in a client-facing Sales or SDR role—candidates who have closed deals or conducted prospecting and are ready to shift into a delivery and relationship-oriented role are highly preferred.

• - Experience interacting directly with customers in the US or UK—comfortable with the communication styles and expectations prevalent in these markets.

• - A background in online education, SaaS, coaching, agency, or information product environments is a significant advantage.

• - Familiarity with CRM or Customer Success tools (such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).

• *Profile*

• - A polished, professional communicator—written and verbal English at a native or nearly-native proficiency.

• - Commercially aware enough to understand what customers have paid for and its significance.

• - Empathetic enough to manage relationships effectively without being overly passive.

• - Detail-oriented and dependable—customers are attentive to any lapses in follow-through.

• - Seeking to transition from a Sales-centric role to one that emphasizes relationships and outcomes.
