This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for managing our existing clients (primarily hospitals but also practices) and fostering long-term relationships.
• Identifies opportunities for optimizing customer performance and drives upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Independently conducts technical onboardings for various Petleo products, acting as a key driver of our success.
• Develops enhancement plans for our clients based on existing KPI dashboards, contributing to effective and expanded use of our software.
• Leads regular follow-up training sessions to promote product adoption, thereby improving customer performance.
• Assists in implementing measures for the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
• Collaborates closely with our internal teams (such as Sales and Product) to understand and address customer requirements.
• Successfully completed a degree or training with a relevant focus (Healthcare Management/ Health Economics/ Business Administration/ Veterinary Medicine, etc.).
• Initial experience in customer support or account management, ideally within a software company.
• Flexible, technically adept, and able to quickly implement new information.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot/Pipedrive), project management tools (e.g., Monday/Notion), and/or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Hubspot, Clickup) is advantageous.
• Skilled at keeping track of various information and priorities, acting proactively.
• Capable of remaining composed in technically challenging situations and resolving issues professionally.
• Service-oriented with a structured work style.
• Works independently, is engaged, communicative, and combines this with a friendly demeanor.
• Fluent in German and possesses good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Motivated and driven by the topic of eHealth, enjoying work in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.
