
Senior Sales Manager – ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a Sales Manager for ServiceNow, you will actively contribute to growth.
• You will cultivate new customer relationships in the B2B enterprise segment and establish sustainable partnerships.
• Strategically advise decision-makers on suitable ServiceNow modules, licensing models, and business potentials.
• You will be the primary point of contact for your clients from the initial outreach to the closing of deals.
• Conduct product presentations and solution demos for both new and existing customers.
• Collaborate closely with technical pre-sales and project management colleagues to develop tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, whether at industry events, conferences, or through direct conversations.
• Maintain existing customer relationships at an equal level up to C-level executives.
• Several years of experience in selling IT solutions, preferably in the SaaS or ServiceNow environment.
• Negotiation skills and contract management – you operate confidently with decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills up to C-level executives.
• A passion for customer engagement, teamwork, motivation, and persuasive abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, and conceptual thinking.
• Fluent in German (C1 level or higher) and possess very good English skills.
