• Formulate and implement the sales strategy for the Oil & Gas sector across designated territories and key accounts;
• Identify, assess, and pursue new business avenues, overseeing the complete sales cycle from initial engagement to contract finalization;
• Propel account planning and customer interactions to shape project specifications and enhance market presence;
• Collaborate closely with engineering, application, proposal, project management, and service teams to ensure both technical and commercial alignment;
• Keep track of market trends, investment initiatives, procurement strategies, and bidding opportunities to proactively position solutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline (an Engineering degree is a significant advantage)
• Demonstrated experience in technical sales, business development, or account management in the Oil & Gas sector
• A valid driver’s license with a willingness to travel and drive as necessitated by business requirements
• Strong comprehension of O&G project sales cycles, procurement methodologies, and commercial practices
• Proven experience in managing complex bids, negotiations, and extended sales cycles
• Advanced proficiency in both Portuguese and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
