• Formulate and implement the sales strategy for the Oil & Gas sector within designated territories and key accounts.
• Discover, evaluate, and pursue new business prospects, overseeing the complete sales process from initial contact to contract finalization.
• Enhance account planning and customer interaction to shape project specifications and expand market presence.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, application, proposal, project management, and service teams to ensure alignment between technical and commercial aspects.
• Keep track of market trends, investment strategies, procurement approaches, and bidding opportunities to strategically position solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline (an Engineering degree is a significant advantage).
• Established experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the Oil & Gas industry.
• A valid driver’s license and a readiness to travel as required by business demands.
• Comprehensive understanding of Oil & Gas project sales cycles, procurement methodologies, and commercial practices.
• Proven track record in managing intricate bids, negotiations, and extended sales cycles.
• High-level proficiency in both Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
