• Oversee, mentor, and nurture a diverse team of Account Managers handling strategic accounts within the designated territory to enhance account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business ventures.
• Advocate for AVEVA software products and services.
• Support Account Managers in crafting Strategic Account Plans, ensuring a robust and consistent pipeline.
• Guide individual Account Managers on the effective utilization of CRM systems, sales methodologies, pipeline health, and forecasting.
• Interact directly with customers, fostering and sustaining trusted relationships with key decision-makers while serving as the executive sponsor for crucial customer partnerships.
• Facilitate executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
• Accelerate the resolution of significant customer complaints and issues.
• Keep precise sales forecasts, pipeline metrics, and business data.
• Relevant industry knowledge related to the territory (e.g., in sectors such as Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Metals & Mining, Paper, Life Sciences, etc.)
• Extensive direct sales experience, particularly in complex B2B Enterprise Software.
• Considerable sales management experience in the Benelux markets.
• Outstanding leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
• Proficient in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as fluency in the local language at a minimum of C1 level.
• Regular and direct interaction with the team, with a strong focus on setting expectations and priorities to guarantee both individual and team success.
• Background checks will be performed in accordance with local regulations.
