• Achieve KPIs: responsible for establishing and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives derived from leadership to ensure the team meets or surpasses business and sales goals.
• Team Management: Assess the skills and motivation of your team members, customizing your management style to formulate an action plan for each individual.
• Coach the team to enhance sales expertise and implement established protocols and standards.
• Operate with excellence: Maintain the team's focus on key priorities, monitor KPIs, prioritize co-riding and the completion of coaching sessions, and lead area sales meetings.
• Deliver outcomes through HPO execution and capability building.
• Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and industry decision-makers.
• Responsible for active participation and leadership in industry associations and events.
• Represent Wella Company at professional industry forums.
• Over 5 years of experience in outside sales or distributor roles, including 3-5 years in sales team management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Digitally proficient.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with PowerBI is preferred.
• Proficient in data management and analytics; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 50-60% overnight in the field, including weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License.
