• Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy grounded in cultural understanding, regional insights, and tailored value presentation.
• Position Flywire as a reliable institutional partner by utilizing established sector relationships and trust within the education network.
• Navigate the governance structures, procurement processes, and political intricacies specific to the higher education landscape in Québec.
• Establish and nurture influential relationships with senior leaders including Presidents, CFOs, CIOs, Registrars, Finance, IT, Student Services, and Executive Leadership at universities, CEGEPs, and colleges.
• Act as Flywire’s senior representative in the market, serving as a respected advisor, connector, and authoritative voice in the industry.
• Proactively engage partners, consultants, industry associations, coordination bodies, and policy stakeholders to broaden access, enhance influence, and bolster credibility.
• Lead the regional enterprise sales strategy to achieve sustained revenue growth across Québec and Atlantic Canada.
• Manage intricate, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes from discovery to closing in both French and English.
• Align Flywire’s value proposition with institutional priorities, ensuring that solutions address operational, policy, and student experience needs.
• Develop, forecast, and convert a strong institutional sales pipeline.
• Represent Flywire as a key industry figure at major educational conferences, institutional roundtables, and leadership forums.
• Enhance Flywire’s reputation through thought leadership, relationship cultivation, and strategic engagement in the sector.
• Collaborate with provincial influencers and partners to boost brand visibility and institutional access when advantageous.
• Work closely with Product, Payments & Pricing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to facilitate complex enterprise deal execution.
• Provide strategic market insights on trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and institutional demands.
• Ensure a smooth transition and ongoing success with Implementation and Relationship Management teams following a sale.
• Bilingual - Professional proficiency in both French and English.
• 10-15 years of experience in Canadian higher education, ERPs, fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record in leading senior-level enterprise sales initiatives and closing complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate relationship-driven, politically influenced, and institutionally complex environments.
• Outstanding executive presence, communication, and consultative sales skills in both languages.
• Strategic, credible, and trusted leader with proven capability to influence.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and effective in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Québec and Atlantic Canada.
