• Act as a subject matter authority on SafeSend Returns (SSR) and SurePrep, effectively communicating their benefits to accounting firms and their clients.
• Function in an overlay role, collaborating with Tax Workflow sales representatives to develop strategies, align on territory plans, and collectively drive sales achievements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing deals—including resolving objections, negotiating terms, and addressing EULA issues.
• Create and present sales forecasts, insights on territories, and performance metrics.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as webinars, trade shows, firm lists, sales campaigns, and cross-selling within the current SafeSend and SurePrep client base.
• Work together on pricing strategies, product quotations, and best practices for CRM to ensure timely and accurate data capture.
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for Associate and Sales Executives, enhancing team development and knowledge sharing.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in software solutions, ideally within B2B or professional services settings.
• High school diploma (required); college degree (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and foster long-term client relationships.
• Strong collaborative skills and experience in matrixed sales environments.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities with senior decision-makers.
• A strategic thinker capable of aligning product solutions with customer business needs.
• Familiarity with accounting and tax firm operations (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and responsiveness.
• A positive and energetic demeanor with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar tools (preferred).
