This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Identify business opportunities by assessing prospects and analyzing their market position; conducting research and evaluating sales options.
• Drive product sales by establishing connections and fostering relationships with potential clients while recommending tailored solutions.
• Sustain client relationships by offering support, information, and guidance; exploring and suggesting new opportunities; and advising on profit and service enhancements.
• Create reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data.
• Exhibit product knowledge encompassing various solutions, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Enhance professional and technical expertise by attending educational seminars; reviewing industry publications; building personal networks; benchmarking best practices; and engaging in professional organizations.
• Contribute to team success by achieving related objectives as required.
• Partner with our Product team to explore market opportunities for our solution suite.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic SaaS software sales of complex solutions with a proven high-performance record.
• At least 4 years of experience collaborating with regional commercial health plans.
• A history of successfully achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Exceptional skills in account development, presentation, and communication.
• Proven capability to strategically analyze business challenges.
• Results-driven, resourceful problem-solver, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment.
• Availability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
