Senior Sales Executive – P&C

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage your sales pipeline through direct outreach, industry connections, and referrals from carriers, TPAs, brokers, MGAs, and self-insured employers.

• Oversee the entire sales process from initial discovery to closing, encompassing demonstrations, objection resolution, proposals, and statements of work.

• Act as a trusted authority in the market, linking our software’s functionalities to the real operational challenges faced by your clients daily.

• Collaborate closely with product and customer success teams to offer market insights and facilitate effective client implementations.

• Achieve and surpass annual sales objectives while contributing to the development of our go-to-market strategy during the initial phases of this product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, with significant time dedicated to selling within the workers' compensation or P&C insurance sectors.

• Direct experience selling to carriers, TPAs, brokers, MGAs, and/or self-insured employers, with a deep understanding of their purchasing mindset and priorities.

• Proven experience in selling a novel or developing concept, rather than merely established products with known categories; you know how to construct a case from the ground up.

• A history of building your own client portfolio; you are a proactive hunter who does not wait for leads to come to you.

• Capacity to navigate ambiguity, along with strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to demonstrate ROI and conduct engaging demonstrations.
