Senior Sales Executive – Hospitality, Senior Living

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of upscale senior living clients, emphasizing relationship building, client retention, and revenue enhancement.

• Establish trusted connections with executive leadership and operational partners within luxury senior living facilities.

• Advocate for clients by recognizing operational issues and providing customized solutions in sourcing, hospitality, and food services.

• Conduct strategic business evaluations to review performance, align objectives, and identify opportunities for enhanced engagement and value realization.

• Collaborate with suppliers and distribution partners to promote operational excellence focused on hospitality and cost-saving measures.

• Facilitate onboarding, implementation, and continuous support initiatives to guarantee a smooth and personalized client experience.

• Encourage the use of GPO programs, contracts, and value-added services tailored to the specific needs of senior living clients.

• Ensure precise tracking of account activities, pipeline updates, and revenue projections within Salesforce.com.

• Work alongside internal sourcing and sales teams to devise strategies that bolster client loyalty and broaden account growth opportunities.

• Assist in new business development initiatives aimed at high-end senior living and hospitality-centric organizations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience is required.

• Experience within group purchasing organizations (GPOs), hospitality, or food service environments is preferred.

• Prior experience in supporting or selling to upscale senior living communities is required.

• Demonstrated capability to be a strong advocate for customers through relationship management, consultative selling, and solution-oriented support.

• Strong understanding of hospitality and food service operations within senior living settings is preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and convey strategic value.

• Capability to cultivate trusted relationships and provide a high-touch client experience in luxury service environments.

• Willingness to travel frequently and promptly throughout the year to cater to clients’ needs and schedules.
