• Overseeing the comprehensive growth and development of Circit’s mid-market bank and asset management partnership network within the North American region.
• Generating new deals and facilitating the conversion of the partnerships funnel from origination through to closure.
• Conducting demonstrations of the Circit technology platform to key decision-makers at banks, asset managers, and fund service providers.
• Collaborating closely with the North American auditor sales team to ensure strategic alignment and correct prioritization of efforts.
• Assisting in the creation of structured segmentation models that classify firms based on type, geographical footprint, scale, and strategic importance to Circit.
• Recognizing opportunities to enhance, streamline, or automate lead processing workflows.
• Acting as a vital part of the feedback loop from each partnership engagement back to the product and strategy teams to guarantee our product remains aligned with our partners’ needs and the market’s future direction.
• Representing the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence and forge essential relationships.
• Supporting and coordinating the onboarding of each new partner into the Circit ecosystem concerning information security engagement, documentation, training, and platform configuration.
• Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to ensure product marketing and engagement materials are appropriate for partnership outreach and engagement.
• At least 3 years of industry experience in Asset Management, Fund Administration, Custodianship, Private Equity, Asset Servicing, or a related financial services sector.
• A solid understanding of the differences between Asset Management, Fund Administration, Custodian, Transfer Agent, Trust Banks, etc.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience within financial services.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with various stakeholders across financial institutions.
• Highly analytical, with strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
• An entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable developing new processes, testing innovative ideas, and taking ownership of outcomes from start to finish.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and driven to become one of Circit’s top performers.
• A strong passion for technology innovation, automation, APIs, fintech, or AI-driven transformation in financial services is highly preferred.
• Capability to conduct technology platform demonstrations to a very high standard.
