This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Drive new customer acquisition throughout Malaysia
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach efforts
• Manage the entire sales cycle: from discovery and solution crafting to proposal presentation and closing
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Payroll leaders
• Collaborate with partners such as BPOs and system integrators to create co-selling opportunities
• Meet and surpass revenue goals
• 6–12 years of experience in B2B sales
• Experience in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, or outsourcing solutions
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new business
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycles independently
• Strong pipeline generation skills through outbound efforts and networking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Commercial acumen with a focus on value-based selling
