This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Establish yourself as a reliable expert and advisor to employers, brokers, and consultants dealing with high-acuity health issues.
• Enhance PHM’s visibility and reputation within the employer marketplace.
• Contribute to PHM’s mission of improving outcomes and experiences for individuals facing serious and complex health challenges.
• Over 7 years of proven, sustained success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales within the employer benefits ecosystem.
• Established connections and credibility with employers, benefits brokers, consultants, TPAs, or similar partners.
• A strong enthusiasm for full-cycle sales, which includes prospecting, qualification, consultative selling, and closing.
• A demonstrated ability to work as a self-directed, accountable individual contributor.
• Comfort in selling independently while closely collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage at an executive level.
• Experience in selling point solutions to the employer market is highly preferred.
• Background in working with employee benefits leaders, consultants, and/or brokers.
• Preference for candidates located in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.
• Commission is uncapped.
