This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You actively connect with decision-makers and tailor your outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email, etc.) to create outbound leads, qualify them, and arrange meetings for sales discussions.
β’ You exhibit creativity and consistently seek innovative methods to generate leads.
β’ Cold calling constitutes about 90% of your work hours, with a goal of making 60 calls daily.
β’ You participate in trade shows and events to network and engage with potential clients.
β’ You keep customer information current and organized in our CRM system.
β’ Based on your performance and duration with the company, you have the chance to advance to an Account Executive position.
β’ You are fluent in German (both written and spoken) and have a good command of English.
β’ You possess a hunter mentality, are creative, positive, and have a vibrant personality.
β’ You enjoy thinking creatively and discovering new strategies to meet your goals.
β’ You are comfortable making calls and persuading potential clients.
β’ You are sociable and have outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written).
β’ You have a strong desire to learn, are motivated to continually improve, and contribute to your teamβs achievements.
β’ Familiarity with any of the following tools is advantageous: LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Ringover, Modjo, HubSpot.
