This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Manage a designated list of prospective accounts that currently do not have any business with the firm.
• Assess leads by collecting details about a prospect’s existing infrastructure, business model, and relationships with third parties.
• Successfully engage with C-suite executives and management level contacts within each firm.
• Possess a solid understanding of the competitive landscape in the leveraged loan market, distinguishing our products and services to secure business opportunities.
• Lead the organization’s initiatives in sales calls, presentations, demonstrations, proof of concepts, internal training, and evaluation of services and proposals related to our offerings.
• Develop annual strategic sales plans targeting potential buyer client segments such as CLO managers, direct lenders, insurance firms, investment banks, registered investment advisors, and regional banks with measurable objectives, calling strategies, opportunity sets, and tactics.
• Utilize a consultative approach and the ability to guide our resources in analyzing clients’ business and technology needs, creating customized and packaged solutions that address our clients’ requirements.
• Keep track of customer demands, market and economic trends, as well as business opportunities and challenges to identify needs and prospects in the market, driving revenue growth.
• Collaborate with functional leaders (Product, Client Services, Marketing, Executive Management) to maximize the use of all available resources, enhancing value and securing leading positions in structured credit, middle office outsourcing, direct lending, and front office technology sectors.
• Strong comprehension of the credit sector and structured finance, including familiarity with deal structures, operational and technological prerequisites, and competitors.
• An extensive network of relevant contacts and relationships within the credit domain that align well with our array of solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the sales cycle and business development process, which encompasses maintaining close relationships with prospects, coordinating internal resources for optimal demos and presentations, and following through on opportunities until execution.
