This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist in the management and expansion of the pharmacy’s 340B Program within a specialty pharmacy setting
• Oversee program operations and spearhead strategic business development efforts
• Identify, pursue, and foster new contract pharmacy partnerships with hospitals, health systems, and federally qualified health centers (FQHCs)
• Act as a primary point of contact for current covered entities and contract pharmacy partners
• Produce and evaluate 340B program reports
• Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with health system pharmacy leadership and administrators
• Work in conjunction with pharmacy operations, billing, IT, compliance, and business development teams
• 7+ years of pertinent experience
• High school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred (in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field)
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, specialty pharmacy, 340B program management, or healthcare sales
• Comprehensive understanding of 340B Drug Pricing Program regulations, compliance necessities, and the wider 340B landscape
• Established relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and communication capabilities
• Effective presenter with the capacity to influence a variety of healthcare audiences
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms, and reporting tools
