This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work in conjunction with the sales team to grasp customer needs and develop customized AI governance solutions.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and presentations that showcase the platform’s capabilities.
• Convert technical features into clear, customer-centric advantages and outcomes.
• Interact directly with clients to communicate technical value propositions while addressing inquiries and objections effectively.
• Design integration strategies between our AI governance software and current customer technologies, such as SASE, firewall solutions, Windows and Mac operating systems, APIs, and SIEM tools.
• Collaborate intimately with product management and engineering teams to convey customer feedback, shape the product roadmap, and ensure alignment with market demands.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, particularly in cybersecurity, AI compliance, data governance, and emerging regulatory frameworks.
• Engage in industry events, webinars, and seminars to boost brand visibility and thought leadership.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architect, or sales engineering capacity, ideally within the enterprise software, cybersecurity, or AI governance sectors.
• Strong knowledge and experience with:
• - Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions (e.g., Zscaler, Netskope, Cato Networks, etc.)
• - Firewall technologies (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point)
• - Windows and Mac operating system environments
• - API integration and management
• - Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, etc.)
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and customer interaction skills with the capability to connect with both technical and business audiences.
• Proficient in clearly and persuasively articulating complex technical subjects.
• Able to manage multiple priorities concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Demonstrated success in effectively collaborating across departments, including sales, product, and engineering teams.
