This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Strategically developing existing customer relationships.
• Exploring new market segments within a technologically advanced environment.
• Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery models adeptly with international business partners.
• Ensuring optimal customer solutions through collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams.
• Creating proposals and business cases based on both economic and technical analyses.
• Actively managing the entire sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting.
• A completed education at HTL level, a degree, or comparable qualifications as the professional foundation.
• Several years of professional experience in the medical technology sector, ideally in sales or product development.
• Solid knowledge of complex mechatronic systems and regulated MedTech requirements.
• Proven track record in expanding existing customer relationships and targeted new customer acquisition.
• Proficient and routine use of ERP systems and MS Office.
• Experience with quality management systems in regulated industries.
• A confident presence at decision-making levels and persuasive communication in an international environment.
• An existing network in the MedTech sector is a valuable asset.
• Annual gross salary starting at €60,000 with potential overpayment, depending on experience level.
