This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and present engaging demonstrations of Stellar Cyber's products and solutions. Effectively communicate our security platform and offerings.

• Provide pre-sales technical support and product training.

• Proactively manage and drive the technology evaluation phase of the sales process. Take responsibility for customer-reported issues and ensure they are resolved. Diagnose and troubleshoot Stellar Cyber software and hardware, assisting customers in deploying the Starlight solution.

• Install network traffic sensors in diverse environments, including physical networks, virtual networks, public and private clouds, and servers.

• Maintain a close collaboration with TAC support and Product Management. Respond to RFI's and RFP's.

• Deliver weekly updates to management regarding the status of high-priority cases and pre-sales activities. Expected travel of 20-30% across all sales territories.

• Ultimately, become a trusted resource for our customers, providing timely and accurate technical sales assistance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in a customer-centric role with a strong technical understanding of a company's products and services.

• More than 5 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the following technologies: TCP/IP, Networking, Routing, Switching, and LAN. Extensive experience in Cyber Security, including Network Security, Firewalls, IDS, Sandboxes, and Security detections.

• Proficiency in Linux, Windows administration, SIEM technology, and Virtualization is highly advantageous. Experience with public/private cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, including application installations and management.

• Educational qualifications include a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
