This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to grasp the business and technical needs of our prospects, enabling us to deliver a compelling solution.
• Develop product demonstrations, create proof-of-concepts, and establish custom product environments that effectively illustrate how we address the unique business challenges of prospects.
• Communicate our value proposition to senior executives in Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and IT.
• Serve as the technical lead for the sales team.
• Cultivate and sustain strong professional relationships with decision-makers and assigned accounts, ensuring strategic positioning for future opportunities.
• Stay updated on technology trends and possess an understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management as the “voice of the field,” offering insights on new product development.
• A minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS environment.
• Prior pre-sales experience is advantageous.
• Industry knowledge pertaining to financial services organizations is a plus.
• Proficient in discussing data flow, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of databases with experience in connecting data across various sources.
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator capable of articulating our value proposition to Enablement, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders, up to the C-suite level.
• Equally passionate about sales and technology.
• Naturally inquisitive.
