This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Accountable for the sales and promotion of the Company FP product line within the designated region.
• Provide weekly reports to the Sales Director regarding activities and marketing insights, while achieving the targeted sales and outcomes.
• Advocate for the Victaulic System for binding application products.
• Conduct field demonstrations showcasing the correct installation of the Victaulic FP products and tool range.
• Seek and secure acceptance and specification of the Victaulic System by Owners and Engineering Consulting firms.
• Ensure that comprehensive knowledge of the Victaulic FP products and systems is established in the region through various methods such as seminars, training, technical literature, and support.
• Collaborate with the local Victaulic distributor to maintain effective information flow.
• Visit job sites to monitor the installation process of the Victaulic FP System by contractors.
• Provide training for contractor personnel on the usage and installation of the Victaulic FP system when necessary.
• Manage product claims in coordination with the Victaulic Corporate Engineering department.
• Assist finance staff in the collection of receivables from customers.
• Coordinate efforts with other sales colleagues in the territory.
• University or College degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Technical expertise gained through at least 5 years of experience.
• Familiarity with the piping industry, or ability to quickly learn the necessary knowledge and skills.
• A strong commercial sense and ambition with a customer-focused approach.
• Results-oriented, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving challenges.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 75%).
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in the local language and English.
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
