This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the pre-sales and post-sales phases by identifying customer technical requirements, developing tailored solutions, and addressing any technical issues.
• Support the customer success and technical support teams by managing general support tickets and participating in online chat sessions.
• Work alongside sales teams to design and propose comprehensive networking solutions that cater to customer needs and align with company offerings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and advantages of networking solutions to potential customers.
• Create customized demonstrations with integrations tailored to the prospect’s specific use case.
• Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) by providing thorough and accurate technical information.
• Engage with customers to gain insights into their business objectives and technical needs, offering advice on how our solutions can tackle their specific challenges.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to provide regular briefings for key customers, showcasing product value, increasing feature adoption, and sharing information on upcoming releases.
• Contribute to the YouTube product video collection by creating short configuration and use case videos.
• Offer training and support to both internal sales teams and external channel partners on networking products and technologies to enhance their technical proficiency and sales capabilities.
• Stay informed about the latest networking technologies, industry trends, and competitor products to deliver well-informed recommendations to customers and sales teams.
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the product management and development teams to enhance product offerings and address market needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, public cloud environments, and Linux.
• Proven track record in a pre-sales engineering or similar technical role, ideally within the networking sector.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate customer needs and propose effective solutions.
• Proficiency in crafting and delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their business and technical requirements.
• Collaborative approach with a proven ability to work effectively with sales teams, technical teams, and customers.
