This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Drive the generation of new revenue by collaborating with sales and client management teams for both new and existing accounts.
• Lead the process of discovering solutions that highlight the technical, functional, and overall value proposition of our retail and brand offerings.
• Prepare and present sales presentations, proofs-of-concept, strategic recommendations, and product demonstrations, both in-person and through screen share-hosted meetings.
• Assess the business goals, data, and systems integration requirements of prospective and current clients, recommending effective strategies to address these needs.
• Develop and present ROI analyses and business cases that quantify revenue impact, margin enhancement, and risk mitigation for economic buyers and C-suite stakeholders.
• Engage economic buyers and executive stakeholders throughout the sales process, translating technical capabilities into narratives that demonstrate business impact and facilitate deal progression.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with well-structured, value-oriented responses.
• Synthesize and prioritize client feedback, competitive insights, and industry information to champion improvements in product and service delivery.
• Communicate market feedback to product management and service teams for consideration in future product developments and service offerings.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless and strategic transition to service teams, sharing documentation of objectives and requirements established during the sales cycle.
• A minimum of 3 years of presales consultative experience or direct oversight of an e-commerce program generating over $10 million in GMV, including hands-on management of channel management or marketplace integration platforms.
• Must reside in the Pacific Time or Mountain Time Zones.
• A driven, polished professional with strong technology proficiency.
• Direct experience supporting teams in closing six-figure contracts against seven-figure targets.
• Proven ability to apply a formal value-selling framework (such as MEDDICC or equivalent) in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; capable of constructing and defending business cases at the executive and finance levels.
• Familiarity with common client challenges in the retail and/or e-commerce sectors.
• Understanding of the retail partner ecosystem, including marketplaces.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance your results, including but not limited to communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and documentation.
