This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver engaging and customized demonstrations of XTO, M1, and JobBOSS tailored to align with customer manufacturing workflows and business objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions to gain insights into customer pain points, operational processes, production needs, and business targets.
• Showcase fundamental ERP functionalities including production management, job scheduling, inventory control, shop floor management, purchasing, quoting, job costing, quality management, warehouse operations, and financial management.
• Convert customer requirements into recommended solution strategies and effectively communicate the business value and operational benefits.
• Assist with RFx responses, technical assessments, solution proposals, and proof-of-concept initiatives within established deadlines.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process, establishing credibility with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate across various functions including sales, product management, implementation, and development teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and market opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest best practices for discrete manufacturing operations.
• Provide insights from prospects and customers to product management to influence product direction and future advancements.
• Support marketing and business development efforts such as webinars, trade shows, customer presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge and stay updated on manufacturing trends, industry requirements, and competitive offerings within the ERP landscape.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Presales Consultant, or a similar customer-facing position within software or SaaS companies.
• Experience in supporting ERP solutions for manufacturing settings, ideally in discrete manufacturing sectors.
• Strong grasp of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, shop floor control, purchasing, job costing, quality management, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in managing multiple opportunities and priorities within a dynamic presales environment.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment models and SaaS environments, including AWS and Azure platforms.
• Strong skills in presentation, discovery, and consultative selling.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or reporting/query tools is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering both virtual and in-person presentations.
