This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance customer interactions and promote revenue opportunities.
• Engage in discovery discussions to identify business and technical requirements.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations customized to customer specifications.
• Implement proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives that highlight business value and technical capabilities.
• Support customer evaluations and technical assessments throughout the sales journey.
• Assess customer needs and propose solutions that optimize business outcomes.
• Represent both the technical and functional elements of our products and services.
• Create business cases and ROI analyses that illustrate the value of our solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to position technology for both business and technical stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, assisting organizations in adopting and maximizing our solutions.
• Prepare and contribute to technical RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Provide technical training and product knowledge sessions to both customers and internal teams.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.
• Provide support to cross-functional teams through coaching, product guidance, and technical consultation.
• Engage in continuous professional development and technical training.
• Share expertise and best practices throughout the organization.
• Mentor and assist other team members as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be taken into account.
• Over 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical position.
• Proven track record of supporting sales organizations and influencing technical purchasing decisions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to independently manage several projects and priorities.
• Experience in translating technical concepts into business value for various audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience utilizing CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
• Background in business process or management applications.
• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Familiarity with supporting or selling through channel ecosystems such as MSPs, VARs, TSPs, OEMs, or internal IT departments.
