This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Facilitate the creation of new revenue streams with both new and existing clients, collaborating closely with sales and client management teams.
• Oversee the solutions discovery process to highlight the technical, functional, and overall value proposition of our retailer and brand solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proofs-of-concept, strategic recommendations, and product demonstrations, both in person and through screen share-hosted meetings.
• Assess the business goals, data, and systems integration needs of prospective and current clients, offering effective strategies tailored to meet those requirements.
• Develop and present ROI analyses and business cases that quantify revenue impact, margin enhancement, and risk mitigation for economic buyers and C-suite executives.
• Engage with economic buyers and executive stakeholders throughout the sales process, effectively translating technical capabilities into business impact narratives that facilitate deal progression.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with structured, value-oriented proposals.
• Synthesize and prioritize client feedback along with competitive and industry insights to advocate for and provide input on enhancing product and service delivery.
• Relay market feedback to product management and services teams for consideration in future product developments and service offerings.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless and strategic transition to service teams, sharing documentation of goals and requirements established during the sales cycle.
• A minimum of 3 years of presales consultative experience OR direct responsibility for an ecommerce program generating over $10 million in GMV, with hands-on management of channel management or marketplace integration platforms.
• Must reside in the Pacific Time or Mountain Time Zones.
• A motivated, polished, technology-savvy professional.
• Practical experience in supporting teams to close six-figure contracts against seven-figure targets.
• Demonstrated ability to apply a formal value-selling framework (e.g., MEDDICC or equivalent) in complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, with the capability to build and defend business cases at the executive and finance levels.
• Understanding of common challenges faced by clients in the retail and/or e-commerce sectors.
• Familiarity with the retail partner ecosystem, including marketplaces.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance outcomes, including but not limited to drafting communications, data analysis, prompt engineering, and documentation.
