This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Lead and nurture technical sales initiatives for major accounts.
• Perform thorough discovery on business goals and obstacles, use cases, and technical architecture/topology.
• Position Delphix within the customer’s digital transformation journey to emphasize how Delphix aids in uncovering sensitive data, automating data compliance, accelerating software delivery, facilitating the transition to the cloud, and promoting the adoption of groundbreaking AI technologies.
• Tailor and present demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concept (POC) trials that connect Delphix's capabilities with customer business goals and value, illustrating significant ROI and effectively countering competitors.
• Serve as the point of contact between the customer and Delphix’s Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams, especially on behalf of the customer.
• Educate customers on the value proposition offered by Delphix, assisting them in quantifying this value at the technical, project, and line of business levels.
• Work collaboratively with customers to adopt or enhance deployment pipelines, implement best practices in continuous learning for development, enable rapid and reliable automated testing, adopt automated release management, and achieve continuous integration/delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales and Field Services teams to jointly develop a sales strategy that exceeds revenue targets for Delphix while fostering greater customer engagement with Delphix services.
• Create and enhance reusable technical assets to effectively scale presales efforts.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal & written).
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time (mainly regionally).

• Professional experience in designing and delivering technology solutions (experience with cloud platforms is a plus).
• 7 years of experience in one of the following technology domains:
• DevOps/CICD/TDM, Cloud, Data Masking & Governance, Data Management, or Database Technologies (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL, Postgres, Amazon RDS, change data capture, etc.).
• Over 5 years of experience in software technology sales, technical consulting, technical solution design, or equivalent experience in a similar position.
• Extensive experience in presenting to executives, IT, business leaders, and technology teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, cloud services, TDM tools, or software frameworks (such as TOGAF, ITIL, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with source control, testing, continuous integration, and group management DevOps tools such as Puppet, Chef, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Jira, Selenium, etc. is a plus.
• Proficiency in OS administration (Linux, Windows) and networking troubleshooting.
