This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Technical proficiency - Must exhibit extensive knowledge of our cybersecurity products and services, aiding the sales team in effectively presenting and positioning them to prospects and clients.
• Customer interaction - Required to meet with prospective customers to comprehend their cybersecurity requirements, challenges, and infrastructure, ensuring that our solutions align perfectly with their needs.
• Product showcases - Deliver live demonstrations and proof of concepts for our cybersecurity offerings, customizing each presentation to address the specific needs and concerns of the potential customer.
• Solution design - Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to develop and enhance our solutions based on customer feedback.
• Technical education - Provide training to the sales team on the technical aspects of our products to improve their sales effectiveness.
• Feedback mechanism - Communicate insights from the field to our product and engineering teams, aiding in the continuous enhancement of our product.
• RFP/RFI support - Assist in addressing technical components of RFPs and RFIs.
• Post-sales assistance - Occasionally support post-sales activities to ensure the seamless implementation and satisfaction of our customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect, preferably within the cybersecurity sector.
• Strong grasp of cyber threats, risk management, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to clarify complex technical subjects for a non-technical audience.
• Highly collaborative with a proactive mindset.
