Senior Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new customer prospects by offering sales and technical support while effectively communicating Cohesity technology to both business and technical audiences.

• Assist customers in integrating Cohesity products into their current production settings and respond to inquiries from customers and partners regarding information and proposals.

• Acquire the knowledge to spearhead the secondary storage technology strategy for our major customers and partners.

• Articulate Cohesity’s vision through the development and presentation of product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals.

• Recognize customer requirements to execute proof of concepts designed to showcase both the technology and the value that Cohesity technology provides in meeting those needs.

• Frequently collaborate with product management as a field representative, providing insights on product development and enhancements while effectively communicating customer needs.

• Occasionally offer project management and post-sales technical assistance as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a comparable position.

• Proven experience working with clients and technology partners.

• Background in selling and implementing Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software.

• Proficient in engaging multiple decision-makers to advance proposals.

• Highly skilled in presenting technical and business content to both small and large audiences across various levels.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Self-driven and a proactive individual, comfortable with remote and independent work.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for the role.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent experience.
