This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with account executives to identify customer challenges and align Brinqa solutions with their business requirements.
• Provide engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and live solution walkthroughs for executive audiences (CISO, CIO, CTO).
• Lead technical proofs of value (POVs) and pilot projects, ensuring positive customer outcomes and measurable return on investment (ROI).
• Assist in designing and scoping intricate solutions, including integrations with various security tools and platforms.
• Serve as a technical advisor and trusted expert, guiding prospects through technical assessments and resolving technical objections.
• Collaborate with product management to communicate customer insights and market trends, impacting future product roadmap decisions.
• Create and provide training and enablement resources for both internal teams and external partners.
• Support responses to RFPs and security assessments, ensuring accurate technical representation of Brinqa solutions.
• Remain updated on industry trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity, AppSec, vulnerability management, and CTEM.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical sales engineering, solutions consulting, or similar customer-facing roles within the cybersecurity sector.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles such as vulnerability management, CTEM, risk quantification, and security operations.
• Experience collaborating with large, complex enterprise clients across EMEA in high-pressure sales environments.
• Practical experience with enterprise security tools, including vulnerability scanners, SIEM, SOAR, endpoint protection, and cloud security solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills – capable of articulating intricate technical subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly self-motivated, possessing a strong technical aptitude and a keen sense of curiosity.
• Familiarity with APIs, scripting, and integrations between security platforms is a significant advantage.
• Strong organizational abilities, enabling the management of multiple engagements concurrently.
• Prior experience in vulnerability management, risk-based prioritization, or CTEM is highly desirable.
• Experience with Tenable, Rapid7, Qualys, Wiz, Snyk, or similar cybersecurity platforms.
• Relevant technical certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent.
• Background in a high-growth cybersecurity or SaaS organization.
