This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Attain comprehensive knowledge of all Dedrone technologies.
• Utilize outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to effectively lead both business and technical presentations.
• Engage in technical discussions with IT departments, including CIOs, as well as channel partner leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Establish and manage expectations with clients and team members.
• Offer first-level technical support throughout the pre-sales process for various opportunities.
• Stay organized and focused on eliminating sales challenges through innovative solutions and adaptability to swiftly changing situations.
• Cultivate relationships with key partners to foster growth within their customer network.
• Deliver professional responses to customer RFPs/RFIs.
• Skillfully position the technology against competing offerings.
• Be accountable for representing the products, company values, and brand to customers and at field events such as industry and user conferences, tech summits, etc.
• Assume responsibility for the POC/Pilot process: Coordinate logistics among all stakeholders, evaluate customer requirements/objectives, and customize POC tests and findings as needed, while assisting prospects with initial setup and orientation.
• Where feasible, enhance or create technical documentation to facilitate understanding and usage of our products and services by customers or channels.
• Capture requested features and relay feedback to Product Management, Sales, Development, Support, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for Professional Services necessary for binding quotes.
• Execute other duties and projects as assigned.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong understanding of Networking (IP/ARP/DNS/DHCP/SNMP/PoE/Ethernet/IEEE802.11) and Linux.
• Basic knowledge of Physical Security, including IP-Camera placement and technology.
• Fundamental understanding of drone technology, with desirable experience in flying.
• Associate's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or a related field), or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of customer-facing pre-sales or consulting experience required.
• Experience in selling SaaS-based solutions.
• Must demonstrate intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge or interest in security, IPsec, InfoSec, hacking, and exploitation tools and methodologies.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and storage devices.
• Ability to work independently with considerable freedom for action and decision-making while maintaining a focus on achieving optimal results as part of a collaborative development effort.
• Strong presentation skills and presence, technical proficiency, ability to simplify complex concepts, and capability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience in developing Statements of Work (SOW) or similar documents.
