This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of Pre-Sales for your assigned accounts.
• Lead all pre-sales initiatives for designated European clients and regions.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for AppLogic Network solutions.
• Design, Demonstrate, and Showcase Value.
• Convert customer business challenges into scalable technical frameworks.
• Develop and present impactful demos, dashboards, and proof-of-concepts in real-world customer settings.
• Leverage the AI Lab to quickly prototype, iterate, and demonstrate the value of AppLogic Network.
• Conduct executive-level product demonstrations and technical workshops.
• Influence Deals and Strategic Decisions.
• Create solution designs, product specifications, BOMs, and sales quotations.
• Respond to RFx and shape deal strategy through strong technical positioning.
• Develop persuasive sales materials and presentations that facilitate deal closures.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal field teams.
• Connect Sales and Product by delivering structured customer feedback to R&D and PLM.
• Assist in managing escalations and resolving intricate customer issues.
• Represent CXS and AppLogic at customer events, forums, and industry meetings.
• Lead Thought Leadership initiatives.
• Engage in technology competency centers.
• Cultivate deep expertise in your selected domain and act as a thought leader both internally and externally.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Networking, including Wireline, Wireless, Security, and Analytics.
• Strong understanding of AI, Cloud, and Data Analytics technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to create PoCs and rapid prototypes, beyond just presentation slides.
• Expert-level capabilities in solution architecture and designing customer solutions.
• Capacity to articulate complex technology in straightforward business language.
• Exceptional sales presentation and customer communication abilities.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and building relationships.
• High energy and self-starter mentality, capable of working independently.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Enterprise networks.
• Programming or scripting knowledge in Python and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and data pipelines.
• Understanding of Enterprise Security concepts.
• Experience with SFDC.
