Senior Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on intricate, multi-stakeholder agreements

• Lead technical customer trials, encompassing proofs of concept and proofs of value

• Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to shape the roadmap and advocate for customer needs

• Conduct Business Value Assessments

• Present product demonstrations and presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Secure deals through thorough preparation, execution, and a consultative approach

• Foster customer relationships as a reliable technical advisor

• Address technical inquiries and recommend solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in selling enterprise technology, particularly in SaaS and/or cutting-edge hardware solutions

• Proven track record of collaborating with Sales on complex technical deals involving Enterprise clients

• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities

• Technical expertise, consultative methodology, and skills in cross-functional collaboration

• Knowledge of L2 switching, including VLANs and the distinctions between L2 and L3 limitations

• Basic Linux networking capabilities, such as IP/mask/gateway assignments to NICs and MLAG/failover redundancy setups

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure

• Experience with security cameras and physical access control systems is an advantage
