This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize, prepare, and execute intricate, strategic enterprise deals within the DACH region and expansion markets.
• Facilitate discovery calls and conduct technical deep dives with enterprise stakeholders to identify pain points and business requirements.
• Develop and present impactful, tailored product demonstrations and presentations that engage both technical and business audiences.
• Design and propose solutions customized to customer needs, clearly articulating the capabilities and value proposition of NiCE Cognigy.
• Manage and support POCs/POVs to demonstrate value in actual enterprise settings.
• Serve as a prominent representative for NiCE Cognigy in the market, showcasing thought leadership at customer events, webinars, trade shows, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
• Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and deliver credible technical comparisons against other AI Agent and agentic AI platforms.
• Work collaboratively with product and other internal teams to communicate customer requirements and facilitate internal enablement.
• Senior Presales / Sales Engineering Expertise: Proven experience in presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting, ideally overseeing complex enterprise deals from start to finish.
• Enterprise Software Proficiency: Extensive knowledge in the enterprise software domain, especially in contact center (CCaaS) or automation technologies.
• AI Agents & Generative AI Experience: Practical experience in presenting AI Agents, agentic AI, conversational, and generative AI technologies.
• AI-Native Way of Working: Regularly utilize LLMs and AI tools in your daily tasks to enhance efficiency and quality. Familiarity with agentic coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, AI app builders like v0, Lovable, or Replit Agent, and general assistants like Claude and ChatGPT is essential for creating tailored demo environments, prototyping integrations, and expediting POCs that impress customers.
• Programming Skills: Proficient in JavaScript programming/scripting; knowledge of Java, Python, or similar languages is an advantage.
• Contact Center Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of contact center technologies (SIP, SBCs, ACD, ASR, TTS, etc.) and experience in conversation, IVR, or chatbot design.
• Thought Leadership & Presence: A dynamic and engaging presenter, comfortable speaking at customer and industry events.
• Technical Depth: Solid understanding of NLU/NLP, conversational AI technologies, and associated software, including UI/UX.
• Sales Acumen: Capable of translating complex technology into clear business value and establishing rapport with senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions. Fluency in German and English is required; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
