This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop continuous learning and development strategies for sales representatives and leadership teams.
• Identify areas for skill enhancement and create advanced training modules that align with the employee lifecycle.
• Design, enhance, and consistently improve onboarding processes for new members of the sales team.
• Evaluate training requirements and synchronize onboarding with current sales strategies and market trends.
• Analyze sales metrics and utilize data analytics to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Propose strategies to boost sales effectiveness.
• Oversee the creation and curation of sales enablement materials, including playbooks, training documentation, and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure messaging and strategies are aligned.
• Engage in cross-departmental meetings and coordinate collaborative initiatives.
• Optimize and conduct training on CRM platforms, CPQ software, and other sales-related systems.
• Produce instructional materials and facilitate hands-on training sessions.
• Mentor fellow sales enablement professionals and promote ongoing improvement.
• Assist in the management of the Learning Management System.
• Provide support for special projects and ad hoc requests associated with sales operations.
• Evaluate training outcomes and showcase the value of sales enablement to the WCSO.
• Travel to company locations or client sites as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s or Master's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in sales enablement or a comparable role within a SaaS company.
• Previous experience as a SaaS seller is highly desirable.
• CPLP/CPSC/ATD certifications are a plus.
• A solid operational understanding of the ADDIE model.
• Experience in training or collaborating with SDRs/BDRs, key/strategic sales representatives, solution consultants, product marketing, sales operations, and product development roles.
• Familiarity with medical specialties such as dermatology, plastic surgery, orthopedics, pain management, OBGYN, ENT, Allergy, GI, Podiatry, and Urology is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Office Suite.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce and associated tools.
• Significant experience in managing and creating content within an LMS; experience with Docebo is a plus.
• Strong skills in video/audio production and editing, including conducting podcast-style interviews.
• 15% travel is required to various company locations or client sites.
