• Formulate the strategy for Sales Training and Education.
• Organize, prepare, and lead designated sales training courses.
• Guarantee that all sales personnel receive training of the highest quality.
• Mentor sales managers on both external and internal sales methodologies.
• Address and connect gaps between the sales team and other departments.
• Promote effective communication within the sales enablement team.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a pertinent field is mandatory.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience, including more than 5 years in sales.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• Proficient in WebEx platforms (Training Center, Meeting Center).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, particularly PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of business and sales leadership principles.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Management.
• Over 3 years as a dedicated Sales Trainer is preferred.
