This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with the InnerPlant sales team and sales channel partners to enhance efficiency, consistency, and accountability in our sales processes.

• Take charge of enhancing the functionality of the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system while developing metrics and reports aimed at boosting sales performance.

• Utilize technology to refine and optimize our sales tools and CRM to:

• - Increase revenue, sales outcomes, and closing rates,

• - Standardize sales operations and enhance sales process design, and

• - Ensure the accuracy of data and reporting.

• Construct reporting systems, dashboards, and metrics, collaborating with leadership to:

• - Examine the sales funnel and pipeline along with revenue performance indicators,

• - Reinforce accountability and oversee the performance of the sales team, and

• - Identify and address any friction points within the sales channels.

• Work in partnership with internal teams and external sales channel partners to effectively utilize sales tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of four years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar analytical position.

• Proven ownership of CRM administration and reporting within a growing sales organization.

• A successful track record in creating dashboards, playbooks, or process enhancements that significantly improved sales productivity or forecast accuracy.

• Experience supporting a multi-channel or multi-territory sales team is highly preferred.

• The base salary range for this position in the US is $105,000 - $135,000 plus benefits.

• Within this range, individual compensation is influenced by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
