This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Onboarding new clients and preparing pricing proposals for Sales to present to Costco purchasing.
• Daily tracking of purchase orders and updating the GenWeb portal.
• Addressing and resolving issues related to logistics delays or order shortages promptly and communicating these to Costco.
• Maintaining consistent communication and timely follow-ups with Costco and clients, being readily available to address their real-time needs.
• Showcasing problem-solving skills and devising innovative solutions for issues encountered by clients and teammates.
• Building and nurturing relationships with Costco ICS, assistant buyers, and buyers.
• Providing all necessary item/system maintenance, submitting new items, and offering promotional support, among other tasks.
• Assisting teammates with promotions and/or paperwork on an as-needed basis.
• A minimum of 4 years of post-secondary education (preferably with a completed bachelor’s degree).
• At least 3 years of experience in the CPG industry.
• Previous buying or selling experience with Costco in the food & beverage sector is essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience in data analytics.
• Ability to work independently and achieve established goals.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing daily routines and tackle new tasks or projects as they arise.
