
Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee and motivate a compact, high-performing sales enablement team (2-3 direct reports)
• Conduct comprehensive sales process deal evaluations, live call assessments, and workshops centered around essential sales skills
• Serve as the guiding reference for qualification and deal execution
• Develop and execute a progressive AI strategy
• Create and implement enablement programs throughout the entire customer journey
• Function as the main enablement liaison for Product Marketing
• Must have a demonstrated history of 'carrying a bag' as a frontline quota-bearing sales professional (AE, AM, or equivalent)
• Over 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (Commercial or Enterprise)
• More than 3 years in Sales Enablement or Sales Management
• Exceptional facilitation skills
• Hands-on experience in implementing or coaching MEDDPICC
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Conversation Intelligence (Gong), and LMS platforms
• Proven capability to leverage performance data for identifying funnel gaps
