Senior Sales Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This position is responsible for the strategic design and ongoing development of enablement across the go-to-market ecosystem, including Sales, Customer Success, and Partners, in close alignment with marketing strategy and business growth objectives.

• Although the primary emphasis is on strategy, this role will initially implement selected high-impact enablement programs and create content to enhance business outcomes and establish essential resources.

• This individual will function as a cross-functional leader, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring that enablement initiatives contribute to measurable revenue growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Product Marketing, or related go-to-market roles within B2B SaaS or technology sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing enablement strategies across Sales, Customer Success, and/or Partner ecosystems.

• Strong history of collaborating with Marketing to operationalize messaging and go-to-market strategies.

• Experience in supporting global teams and organizations with multiple segments or products.

• Proven capability to influence senior stakeholders and foster cross-functional alignment.
