đź“‹ Description

• Manage the sales content library comprehensively, which includes pitch decks tailored for key buyer personas (CMIO, CFO, COO, Chief of Staff), competitive battle cards, ROI frameworks, objection handling guides, and clinical workflow narratives categorized by care setting. Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing on production and with PMM on competitive positioning; you oversee the library, promote its use, and ensure everything remains up-to-date.

• Develop and execute sales training and onboarding programs for both new and current enterprise sellers, establishing clear ramp benchmarks (first qualified pipeline in 30 days, first closed deal in 90-120 days) and a recurring skill development schedule that includes deal clinics, role plays, and pitch reviews.

• Create and sustain a competitive intelligence program that includes win/loss analysis, a regular refresh schedule for battle cards in collaboration with PMM, and a field intelligence routing system to ensure sellers have access to the latest positioning prior to deals.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Engineering team as their content and deal support partner—develop persona-specific talk tracks, demo playbooks, and deal-level preparation. You are not their supervisor; you are the individual who enhances their effectiveness.

• Work alongside PMM and Growth Marketing to ensure product launch readiness—every GA feature or new care setting is accompanied by seller training and updated content delivered ahead of the customer-facing launch.

• Standardize and maintain the company pitch for sellers—transform the core Ambience narrative into a formalized, seller-ready talk track and presentation deck, and manage version control to ensure every representative utilizes the same current story.

• Choose and implement the enablement stack, including a content management platform, call intelligence tools (such as Gong or similar), and the sales methodology the team will adopt.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role within enterprise SaaS.

• Proven track record as a content creator—able to provide examples of pitch decks, battle cards, training programs, or competitive frameworks that you have personally developed rather than managed or delegated.

• High level of autonomy as an individual contributor—you excel in independent work, produce significant output with minimal guidance, and can build and execute a roadmap when provided with a North Star.

• Experience collaborating with pre-sales or SE teams on deal support content, demo playbooks, and competitive positioning.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong executive presence—you can lead a pitch review, offer constructive feedback on a seller's framing, and possess the credibility to influence representative behavior.

• Experience in building and maintaining a competitive intelligence program—focusing on win/loss analysis, battle cards, and field intelligence routing.

• Background in supporting enterprise sales teams that sell complex solutions with lengthy cycles and multiple stakeholders.
