• Oversee the strategic planning and implementation aimed at increasing networking revenue, pipeline, and market share within the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).
• Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the DoD, encompassing all service branches and various DoD agencies and commands.
• Establish and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline that enables reliable growth.
• Enhance forecast precision and execution discipline through a consistent operational rhythm.
• Foster the growth and development of a high-achieving sales leadership team and a thriving culture.
• Over 10 years of experience in technology sales, with substantial exposure to the U.S. Federal sector (preferably DoD).
• At least 5 years of experience in progressive sales leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory for many engagements with the DoD.
• An active Secret clearance is preferred; a TS/SCI clearance is advantageous.
