This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel net-new revenue expansion throughout North America by engaging in strategic prospecting and developing a robust pipeline.
• Oversee the complete enterprise sales cycle, from initial discovery to the finalization of contracts.
• Cultivate in-depth knowledge of incentive compensation management and lead consultative sales discussions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient buyer experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, concentrating on enterprise or mid-market accounts.
• Demonstrated success in incentive compensation management, sales performance management (SPM), or related sales technologies (e.g., CPQ, RevOps platforms).
• Strong expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and sales engagement platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, encompassing executive presentations and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus.
