This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with prospective customers that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

• Perform extensive outreach through phone, email, and social media platforms, achieving over 80 dials daily to generate qualified leads.

• Conduct research on organizations and key decision-makers to tailor outreach efforts and enhance engagement.

• Qualify both inbound and outbound leads to ensure a strong match before transferring to Account Executives.

• Facilitate live call transfers to Account Executives when prospects are prepared to engage.

• Oversee lead progression through the sales funnel utilizing CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate territory strategies and stimulate pipeline growth.

• Share insights, ideas, and best practices with colleagues to enhance team performance.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with all leads to foster relationships and keep opportunities advancing.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a sales or business development position with proven success in lead generation or client engagement.

• A higher education background in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline is advantageous.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the capability to convey value clearly and persuasively.

• Strong time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and achieving targets, including a goal of 4 qualified meetings weekly.

• A proactive attitude with a dedication to continuous improvement and personal responsibility.

• Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools to manage and monitor activities.

• Experienced in researching target markets, identifying opportunities, and developing outreach strategies.

• Fluent in English is mandatory.
