This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Make 150–250+ outbound calls daily utilizing Apollo, JustCall, Elto, or comparable power dialers.
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and qualify decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Research prospects and tailor outreach where suitable.
• Manage follow-ups through organized outreach sequences.
• Maintain precise CRM records and activity logs.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting targets.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to enhance messaging and conversion rates.
• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales development or cold-calling experience.
• Proven experience selling in the U.S. market.
• Exceptional spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
• Strong skills in objection handling and communication.
• Familiarity with Apollo, JustCall, Elto, Orum, Nooks, Aircall, or similar outbound sales platforms.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven by targets.
