This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Identify organizations that are actively recruiting for roles that Wing can support.
• Conduct research on target accounts to assess their hiring requirements.
• Engage with potential customers through various communication channels.
• Execute targeted outbound marketing campaigns.
• Conduct initial discovery discussions with potential clients.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of Wing Assistant.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a robust pipeline.
• Provide Account Executives with insights from discovery conversations.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information in the CRM.
• 1–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, or a similar outbound role.
• A genuine interest in B2B sales; additional points if experience is in SaaS, AI, staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, or global workforce operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey messages succinctly and compellingly.
• Confidence in reaching out to companies that may not have previously considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, or offshore talent.
• Strong research abilities and the capacity to convert hiring signals into pertinent outbound messaging.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the resilience to persist even when faced with challenges.
• Motivation stemming from pursuing clear objectives, activity metrics, and meeting booking targets.
• Capability to manage your own desk while effectively collaborating with team members.
• A sincere eagerness to rapidly learn about the product, the industry, and sales techniques.
